The community has been divided! Create a win-win and come to a compromise. This temple belongs to all and in my experience, has been a successful shrine for the community. Do not stain it anymore. Sit down before the election and sort it out.

CEASE AND DESIST
This is reference to recent DEFAMATORY STATEMENTS made by Kanubhai Patel and Vinod in Aradhana.
Hereby, you are NOT TO use Dr. Jayesh Mehta’s name in a derogatory fashion in any ARADHANA or temple communication.
1. Kanubhai had NOT COOKED AT ANY Mehta wedding.
2. He had cooked for Tulsi Vivah - a temple religious activity
3. He was paid more than he had asked for, with witnesses present.
4. so, stop making defamatory statements. And Vinod, Kanubhai will personally hear from my lawyer after holidays.
Stop and desist.

The management team’s power play has gone to their heads in the wrong direction. Instead of displaying compassion, harmony, being supportive, finding positive solutions and working together, they are misusing their power and position and has put the temple in debt. It doesn’t produce good vibrations and the dieties/devatas are also not happy. Just an overall not a good position to take - to have wars in a temple and especially with the temple’s chief priest. We don’t expect this type of behavior from Hindu leaders.

Hello . I am just a devotee , and have not been involved with HSGC in any official capacity, ever . I just want a well running Temple to support our community effectively , during both good times and bad times . Given the current confusing situation , it could be helpful if a discussion forum could be organized BEFORE the elections - maybe on zoom - for the benefit of unaligned devotees like myself , to share relevant information to help us decide on a vote . This can’t be a forum to assert blame on individuals or groups . Let’s just accept that mistakes may have been made in the past , but we wish to move forward in a positive manner . I would like both slates of EC candidates to share their vision for the future of HSGC and their pragmatic plans on translating that vision into reality . I would also like to hear from each group what changes they would make to the Temple constitution and Temple activities , to create a more inclusive environment , remove the current divisive attitude , and ensure this does not happen in the future . I also feel that , for a Temple of this size , with 4 or more priests , it would help to have a designated Chief Priest who can help create a trusting and inclusive relationship with the devotee community and also represent all the priests and share their collective concerns with the EC in a non- confrontational manner .

It was total injustice to the Head priest. Every one in America has a right to negotiate the written contract. It is unfortunate that those people who do not understand and they are ruining the Hindu Temple

An advice to the new president.
In the past, some ethically challenged EC members have made untrue claims that 1. I was wearing the shoes in the temple, while due to heavy rain, I like others had removed shoes in the above place. 2. And, we all know the blatant lie about a wedding _ that had never happened at the temple.
My friend, Ajay ~ you are a good person, please do not indulge in these childish games.
Just getting the record straight.
